2021 Annual Meeting of Members

 

The 2021 Annual Meeting of Members for Auburn Thunder Soccer Club will be held at the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, located at 714 E. Glenn Avenue, Auburn, Alabama at 6:00 p.m. CDT on August 23, 2021. The purpose of this meeting is to elect five (5) directors to serve as members of the Board of Directors as the terms of the existing board members expire in August 2021. While the board has nominated five people as directors, any member of the Club in good standing may nominate another as a director by completing and submitting a Director Nomination Form. All nominees must be at least 18 years of age. Nominees are not required to have a player in the Club. The nomination period for the five director positions opens July 20, 2021 and closes August 13, 2021. All Director Nomination Forms must be received by the Club by August 13, 2021. In an effort to allow as many members to vote as possible, a proxy ballot will be made available for download beginning August 14, 2021, the day after the nomination period closes.  This will allow members who are unable to come to the meeting on August 23rd  the opportunity to vote.  Come back to this page on August 14th to download your proxy ballot.  Instructions on how to vote by proxy will be included thereupon.
